I know that this topic might not be of that Interest to most of the people. let me try to make it interesting.

Do you know that satisfaction and checklist somewhere meet?
Do you know stress level can be reduced by having a checklist?

I try to manage things mostly with a good checklist

I believe that I can do wonders with a checklist. I have a notepad app on my phone and add the tasks that come to my mind. Everyday morning I try to evaluate if they are still valid and try to have a checklist/target for that day.

With this I know how my day is going to be — easy, hectic, fun…. mind you, I don’t spend hours on this. I spend a max of 5 minutes of this task daily.

I feel much motivated with this checklist/ToDos. I don’t have the stress to think of whats up next. What I do get out of it is, when I see some entries ticked is a sense of satisfaction, a feeling of achievement. This is a great motivator to me.

Try this method out. It helps de-clutter your mind and gives a focused thinking, hence reducing the stress to do many things in parallel and light not meeting the end of the tunnel in any task. Do let me know.
