work on your strengths and not on your weaknesses

Are you working because you have to work? For money? For status? For Fun? Or time pass? Do you really enjoy your work?

Many a times we always feel bad of what we do not have or something we are not good at. Life gets boring when you are not able to be like someone; no able to perform like someone, may be not able to manage life like someone etc etc.. Ufff.. the constant pressure on onself!

The reality is someone else is also feeling the same about you. Somebody is thinking that they are not like you.

Just think, does it make sense to keep taxing your mind to improve, improve & improve?

Mind says: I am good at it, why aren’t you happy?

My conscious mind says: see the world and learn and work on your weakness!

Just think, this is how we humans are. We are never happy. We always want something we don’t have. The other side is always Green.

Hence thinking so much about weakness is not needed. Its good to know about what we are weak at and understand why you are so, but it makes no sense to bother so much on it.

Work on your strengths! that’s more important. You are what you are. You are good at many things. You are known to people because of your strengths. Your identity is your strength. For a moment forget about all the weakness you have and give it a try being happy by thinking about your strengths.
Let me know how you feel!

Do you see your work as Calvin sees or as Hobbes sees?

Well, what ever be your answer, the below thought might provoke something in you [hopefully!]

We all are born entrepreneurs

Remember “it’s only work if somebody makes you do it”. You manage your life on your own. You get up on your own, eat food on your own, do you daily routine on your own, is there some one else doing it? Of course some one is there to support you but only doing it right!

Bring out the Entrepreneur in you. Show the world you can do something. You should do something that you like, that brings you happiness, brings joy and finally you are happy doing it. After all this is what matters to you. Money flows in once you like what you do.. whether you sing, whether you play or anything for that matter, money comes in!

Think about it.. think twice, thrice but make a choice today.. its definitely not easy in this big world to hope for a change suddenly because of various commitments especially financially but there is no harm in thinking about it.. Think about what will you do when you retire? You definitely cannot say I will work until my last breath! Ufff.. not possible physically, if possible do it.. no one stopping you!

Get up as early as possible in the morning, take a deep breath and try asking your conscious/ subconscious [which ever listens to you], what are your strengths? What do you enjoy doing? Singing? Dancing? Teaching? Preaching? Exercising? Running? Talking? Think.. think.. think..
Come up with a list of things that you feel are your strengths.

Day 2:

Get up again at the same time as previous day in the morning [Discipline!!] take a deep breath and read the strength list which you have made. Do you really think they are right? Brainstorm with you subconscious mind, come to an argument and come to conclusion.

Important! Come to a conclusion

While you were thinking did you realise that at each moment: you were thinking whether this is a strength or a weakness? Isn’t that the case? Again, please decide and come to conclusion. Remember, you are thinking and working on only strengths. Please throw all your weaknesses to garbage. They are of no value and often come amidst the strengths and weakens them.
